CRP and Best Performing Indices of Complete Blood Count for Predicting Negative Laparotomy and Severity in Acute Appendicitis

Objective: The aim of the present study is to evaluate value inflammatory parameters and indices complete blood count (CBC) C-reactive protein (CRP) in predicting negative laparotomies severity acute appendicitis adults.
 Material Methods: A total 1389 patients who had undergone appendectomy between January 2015 November 2020 were enrolled this observational cross-sectional study. Age, gender, preoperative CRP values, CBC pathologic diagnosis recorded.
 Multivariate analysis logistic regression performed.
